Mother cited for leaving child alone in vehicle that was repossessed

A Bakersfield mother has been cited for leaving her child unattended in a vehicle that a repossession agent tried towing away.Police said the agent reported he had secured the vehicle in the 1900 block of South Union Avenue Monday morning and was going to tow it when he saw a 6-month-old inside.
