More 99 freeway lane closures in Bakersfield planned next week

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Expect more overnight lane closures next week on Highway 99 through Bakersfield. The closures continue to be part of the Belle Terrace Bridge demolition, which started this week. The bridge demolition is part of the Centennial Corridor project, which will connect Highway 58 to the Westside Parkway, opening up east-west freeway travel in Bakersfield.
