Missing woman last seen at Tachi Palace Casino

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is asking people to be on the lookout for a missing woman who was last seen June 9 at Tachi Palace Casino in Lemoore.Cecilia Cabrera, 30, left the casino in her vehicle at 12:30 a.m., according to a news release.
