Man who died rafting is identified

A Los Angeles County man who died Saturday as a result of a rafting excursion on the Kern River has been identified as Paul Parra, 38, of San Pedro, according to the Kern County Coroner’s Office.Parra was rafting on an innertube with family members when he fell into the river and was seen Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
