Man who crashed into canal died of accidental drowning

A 20-year-old Bakersfield man who died after the vehicle he was driving crashed into a canal June 5 died of accidental drowning, the Kern County coroner’s office said Monday. He was identified as Marcelino Gonzalez.The incident occurred at Wible and Herring roads in Bakersfield at Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
