Man takes plea deal in alleged DUI crash that killed pedestrian
A man accused of striking and killing a pedestrian while driving under the influence has taken a plea deal.Abraham Maciel pleaded no contest Thursday to gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and DUI causing bodily injury, according to court records.
