A man suffered a minor gunshot wound to the head over the weekend, apparently in the 300 block of Chester Avenue, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.At about 12:15 a.m. Sunday, officers were flagged down near California Avenue and L Street by two people in a vehicle, the BPD said.
