BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – A man was found just after midnight with a pair of “small” gunshot wounds, Kern County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Stephen Wells said. The victim’s name was withheld. Wells said the 36-year-old man is in critical condition, but he’s been stabilized at a hospital. The wounded man was found in front of a house at Park and Mills drives, near Foothill High School.
