Man shot after brandishing gun at officers has died

A man who was shot after allegedly brandishing a gun at California Highway Patrol officers died Wednesday, a coroner’s office news release said.Joshua Shane Bispo, 42, died at 7:15 a.m., the news release said, three days after he led officers on a short chase that ended in the 8000 block of Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
