Man sentenced for case that prosecutor says is 'as bad as domestic violence can get'
A man was sentenced Tuesday to 19 years in prison in a domestic violence case.Joseph Raddatz was arrested a year ago this month. Kern County Deputy District Attorney John Allen said Raddatz attacked his wife.Raddatz pleaded no contest last month to attempt Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
