
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – A man pleaded guilty Monday in federal court in Fresno for conspiring with a pair of disgraced Bakersfield police officers to sell drugs. Noel Carter, 46, sold the drugs that were stolen from police evidence by former officers Damacio Diaz and Patrick Mara. This scheme spanned 2012 to 2015.
