Man injured in early morning south Bakersfield shooting

A man was shot and injured in south Bakersfield Sunday morning. Police said the man was found near South H Street around 5:30 a. m. suffering from a gunshot wound. Following further investigation, officers believe the man was initially shot near the 2700 block of Clark Avenue. The man was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
