Man hurt in hit-and-run crash

Bakersfield Police Department said it might have tracked down a car they believe was involved in a hit-and-run Wednesday night. Investigators say it happened around 11:05 p. m. on the 800 block of Brundage Lane. When officers arrived, they found a man with major injuries. He was taken to the hospital where he was listed in critical condition. Police say the man was not in the crosswalk when he was hit.
