Man dies after being shot Tuesday morning

A man has died after being shot in east Bakersfield Tuesday morning.The victim, who was not identified, was found by deputies in the roadway by deputies responding to reports of a shooting at about 11:15 a.m. in the 1000 block of Knotts Street, Kern County sheriff’s officials said.
