Man arrested in fatal shooting

Detectives arrested a 30-year-old man Friday in connection with a fatal shooting on April 30.Christopher Valenzuela is expected to be arraigned Wednesday and is being held on suspicion of murder and gang offenses in the death of 23-year-old Anthony Collazo, Kern County sheriff’s officials said.
