Man arrested for firearms violations after rifle found inside car

Police arrested a man Monday night after police found a rifle in his car. Police said they received a ShotSpotter alert around 11:04 p. m. near the 1100 block of Niles Street. During a search of the area they found several spent cartridges in the rear yard of a home. Police found 33-year-old Victor Banuelos in the rear yard of the home and while searching the area they found a rifle inside his car. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
