Man Left Pipe Bomb In Truck Arrested In O.c.

During the early morning hours of July 6, 2017, the Tehachapi Police Department was called to an apartment complex in the 400 block of N. Mill Street regarding the discovery of a possible explosive device. Officers arrived at the location and observed what appeared to be a pipe bomb in the bed of a pick-up truck parked in the parking lot. Officers learned the device had been found by a resident of the apartment complex.
