Looking back: Lisa Green's eight years as Kern DA

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) - Kern County's first female district attorney, Lisa Green, is just days away from retiring. Green took office in January 2011. In October 2012, her office handled a landmark DUI conviction. A man who was boating on Buena Vista Lake under the influence of alcohol and marijuana crashed, killing another man. The man driving the boat was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison. It was the first boating DUI conviction in the nation. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
