On Wednesday, Congress passed a bi-partisan farm bill that President Trump is expected to sign into law as early as next week. For many local farmers, the bill's passage comes with a sigh of relief. "It provides them with subsidies for their crop insurance, as well as, subsidies to grow certain.... so they have a guaranteed market for some of the things that they grow.
