Liberty High teacher admits to kissing student

Court documents obtained from the Bakersfield Police Department show that Liberty High math teacher Jeff Hicks admitted to kissing his 16-year-old student at his home. The victim told police she was a teaching assistant in Hicks' class and that they communicated on social media away from school for weeks. She went to his home Nov. 4, at his request. She told police he kissed her on her mouth and neck and rubbed himself against her. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
