Law office employee talks about woman, her killer husband: ‘He was obsessive, jealous’

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) - Leticia Davila, a legal assistant at the law office of Roger Lampkin, saw Petra Bolanos the week before she was murdered. They had been working together since Bolanos came to the office in early July. Bolanos, 45, spoke only Spanish and couldn’t read the English-language divorce papers her husband, 54-year-old Javier Casarez, had given her in May.
