Lane of traffic stopped on Highway 99 as man jumps from overcrossing

One lane of northbound traffic on Highway 99 was closed Friday when a man jumped from an overcrossing and died.Bakersfield Police were dispatched at 2:38 p.m. to the Highway 99 and the Palm Street overcrossing where a man was reported to be on the catwalk of a freeway sign, according to Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
