LA police: Man arrested after punching women at hot dog stand

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Los Angeles police said the man seen on video punching women at a hot dog stand has been arrested. Arka Sangbarani Oroojian turned himself in to police Tuesday night, the department tweeted Wednesday morning. He’s been booked for alleged assault, and bail has been set at $90,000, police said.
