Kern's congressmen respond to Trump's border wall address

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Kern County’s congressmen – one on each side of the aisle – have reacted to President Donald Trump’s prime-time address to the country in support of his long-promised border wall. Funding for the wall is at the heart of the stalled negotiations to end thepartial government shutdown that began before Christmas.
