Kern Valley Search and Rescue hit by severe vandalism

Every night Brian Baskin of Kern Valley Search and Rescue checks to make sure all of the group's equipment is securely locked up for the evening. But one morning, he came into work to find a terrible surprise. "I walked into one of the garages here and found that two of the bikes were missing off their trailer,” Baskin said.
