Kern County's homeless count underway
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The annual homeless count is underway Wednesday morning in Kern County. The “point in time” count is conducted by volunteers with the Kern County Homeless Collaborative, and the information is used to develop strategies and funding to decrease homelessness in the county.
