Kern County honors veterans with a special parade

Kern County recognized veterans with its annual Veterans Day Parade. The community lined the streets of downtown to pay their respects to the men and women who served this country. Among the spectators was Ephraim Ochoa, who served in the U. S. Marine Corps for eight years. His two young sons, dressed in military uniform, sat on the curb watching the parade.
