Kern County Sheriff's Office investigating deadly shooting in south Bakersfield

Kern County sheriff's deputies are investigating a deadly south Bakersfield shooting that happened early Sunday morning. Deputies said they found a man dead inside a residence around 12:30 a. m. on the 300 block of South Myrtle Street. Deputies also said homicide detectives are investigating the case.
