Kern County Probation looking for known sex offender

The Kern County Probation Department is looking for a sex offender who cut off his GPS monitor and violated his probation Thursday night. Naithan Guinn, 20, is a registered sex offender for assault and lewd acts with a child under 14. After he cut off his GPS, he stopped communication with his probation officer and is wanted by the probation department for violating the terms and conditions of his parole.
