Kcso: Two Juveniles Arrested, Stealing From Car
According to the Kern County Sheriff's Office two Rosamond juveniles have been arrested for stealing fromÂvehicle. On November 3, 2017 deputies got a call from someone saying there were two suspicious subjects wearing black hoodie type sweatshirts, andÂred bandanas over their faces.Â
