Kcso Investigating A Shooting In Oildale

UPDATE: (9:35 p.m. 5/22) Officials with KCSO say the shooting started as an argument between two neighbors. In the heat of the argument one man was shot and taken to Kern medical. His condition isn't known. The other man is currently in custody.
