Kcso Bike Patrol Arrests Parolee
On December 14, 2016, around 10:30 a.m., Kern County Sheriff's deputies from the Wasco Substation were conducting routine bike patrol in the Downtown Business District and local parks when they discovered 36-year-old Jose Guitronfrom Lost Hills, Calif., in Barker Park.
