KCSO says they have received no personnel complaints over altercation with pregnant woman
A pregnant woman is claiming that a Kern County deputy used excessive force on her during a call.A neighbor took a video and posted it to Facebook.In it, a deputy can be seen in an altercation with the pregnant woman.The video has since been removed from t Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
