KCSO continues the ongoing battle against underage drinking

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to use grant money it received from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), arresting six people over the weekend for furnishing alcohol to minors. The arrests were the result of three undercover decoy-operations in Bakersfield and Delano. The efforts were made possible by a $100,000 grant awarded to the Sheriff’s Office in July 2018 by the ABC.
