KCSO blocks off street, responds to report of man armed with knife
The Kern County Sheriff's Office has blocked off a street while responding to a man reportedly armed with a knife.The SWAT team has arrived on Colton Street, just south of Highway 58 and just east of Highway 99.The man is reportedly holed up in an RV on th Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
