KCSO arrests woman suspected of taking part in kidnapping, robbery

Kern County sheriff's deputies have arrested a woman who is suspects of taking part in a kidnapping and robbery. Stephanie Quiroz, 20, was arrested by deputies on Saturday at the intersection of Panama Lane and Wible Road.During a search, deputies found a Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
