KCSO and SWAT at neighborhood in east Bakersfield

Members of the Kern County Sheriff's Office and SWAT have been called out to a neighborhood in east Bakersfield. Deputies and SWAT members have been seen combing the area of Eucalyptus Drive and Stephen Kelly Lane. Several streets in that area have been closed in that area including Eucalyptus Drive, Guiness Way and Stephen Kelly Lane.
