KCSO air support asked to help find hiker suffering from stroke
A hiker on Jar Trail near Highway 178 was rescued by the Kern County Sheriff’s Office Air-5 unit after suffering a stroke.At about noon Feb. 6, the Kern County Fire Department asked the KCSO to help with a possible hoist rescue, according to a news release from the KCSO.
