KCSO: Car submerged in Kern River could be connected to missing woman
Kern County deputies have located a submerged vehicle in the Kern River that they think could be related to a missing woman.Lisa Harvey, who is from the Ventura area, was en route to Bodfish in April when she disappeared.The Sheriff's Office said it was al Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
