Justice for Zebra protest held outside BPD headquarters
A group of protesters have gathered outside of the Bakersfield Police Department headquarters seeking justice for Zebra. Zebra was the dog that was shown to be dragged behind a scooter in a video that surfaced last weekend, sparking outrage within the community.
