Jury finds in favor of city, BPD in harassment, wrongful termination suit
A Kern County Jury late Wednesday found in favor of the city of Bakersfield, its police department, an officer and a former officer in a lawsuit alleging wrongful termination and sexual harassment brought by a young female police officer who was hired in 2014 and fired after five months on the job.
