Judge refuses to find correctional officer innocent in Juvenile Hall sex abuse case

A Kern County judge Monday refused to find a Juvenile Hall correctional officer innocent in a sexual abuse case after finding investigators had reasonable cause to arrest and charge him, and questioning the officer’s believability as to why he was in a courtyard at night outside the teen’s room.
