Irma downgraded to a tropical storm

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. The National Hurricane Center (NHC) downgraded Irma to a tropical storm, according to the 8 a.m. advisory. Irma's maximum sustained winds have decreased to 70 miles per hour. Irma is still moving north at a steady pace of 18 mph.The Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
