
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – In the days leading up to the midterm election, the Kern County elections office is at work sorting, tallying and protecting votes. Karen Rhea of the Kern elections office said Wednesday that there's a push in some communities to move back to paper ballots to avoid digital hacking.
