Home security video in SW Bakersfield shows prowler with rifle

A southwest Bakersfield resident captured video of someone holding what appears to be a rifle outside his home early Wednesday morning.Video shows the person snooping around the front door around 5 a.m. in the Seven Oaks neighborhood.He didn't knock on th Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
