Hiker rescued along Pacific Crest Trail

Firefighters rescued a hiker experiencing medical issues along the Pacific Crest Trail Thursday morning.The hiker began his journey a month ago at the Mexican border and was heading toward the Canadian border when he experienced problems southeast of Lake Isabella, Kern County firefighters said.
