Haggard's memorial service is Tuesday

Now it’s Bakersfield’s turn to say goodbye to Merle Haggard.Valley Baptist Church will host a public service for the legendary, Bakersfield-born singer-songwriter starting at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
