Grant to Kern County DA's Office will fund DUI prosecution team
The Kern County District Attorney’s Office received a $220,259 grant to help prosecute DUI cases. The grant, from the California Office of Traffic Safety, fund a vertical prosecution team that works on driving-under-the-influence cases. It was awarded in October and covers the 2019 fiscal year.
