Girl Scouts gear up for start of cookie selling season

Get ready, Kern County! It’s that time of year again. “Today, we are loading 199 thousand packages of cookies into troop leaders’ cars,” Michelle Loyd, the program leadership Manager of the Girl Scouts of Central California South, said,Starting Sunday, the Girl Scouts will officially begin their cookie selling season.
