Flooding on Union Avenue brings traffic to a standstill
California Highway Patrol officers held off drivers Thursday morning as rain caused flooding on the Union Avenue under pass near Truxtun Avenue. Crews were able to move the water into the sewer. The roadway is back open. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
